How to access your email using an email program
There only four pieces of information that you need to set up an account:

1) LOGIN IN / USER ID: youremail(@abqonline.com)
2) PASSWORD: you supply
3) POP or INCOMING MAIL SERVER: mail.abqonline.com
4) SMTP or OUTGOING MAIL: mail.abqonline.com

Note: All our servers use the POP3 protocol. Do not change the server type to anything besides POP3 or use SSL encryption.
